  • Standard shipping time is 7–14 business days after your order is placed and paid in full.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Tatshoes Island Footwear

  • Each pair is custom-designed and hand-painted.

  • The customization process generally takes up to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design/artwork.

  • Once your shoes are completed, shipping time is 7–14 business days.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

HNL Unit Island Boutique

  • Most pieces are made just for you! Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to receive your item before shipping.

  • Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Full turnaround time is typically around 3 weeks, depending on the size of your order.

  • If your size is already in stock, your order will arrive within 5–7 business days after payment is received.

Catering & Sweets (Taimaanao Manunu & Sweets by Mrs. Taimaanao)

  • Shipping and delivery timelines vary based on event details and product type.

  • For sweets that are shipped (cookies only), delivery times will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
